The range of information that we routinely publish, how you can access this information, and whether it is available free, or if there is a charge for the information.

Writing your request

When writing to request information you should include:

  • your name and address
  • full details of the information or documents you would like to receive
  • any fee applicable (read our charging policy)
  • additional contact details for extra clarification, if necessary

If you have any difficulty identifying the information you want to access, then contact us and we will be happy to help.

Different ways to access information

Information available under the publication scheme will normally be available online, by email, over the phone or by post.

Classes of Information (section 8) provides more details on the information available under the scheme, along with additional guidance on how the information falling within each class may be accessed.

Most information listed in this guide is available to download from our website. If no such link is present the website’s search facility may help.

By email

Information that is listed in the publication scheme but is not published on the website may be requested by email.

In your email you should include an additional contact details, in case it is necessary to clarify details of the request.
