Asset transfer requests annual reports

Community organisations possess the right to submit requests to local authorities, Scottish Ministers and public service authorities for buildings or land they feel could be managed more effectively.

Under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, the council must publish an annual report on asset transfer request activity.

Swestrans has not received any asset transfer requests in the last four years (2021 to 2025).
